RISE Lifts offers a full range of service contracts, with the technical ability to back them up. Now, that might seem like an obvious statement, but a service contract is only as good as the back-up tech team; and you might be surprised (horrified, in fact) by the number of tech backup companies across the UK who simply can’t fulfil their service contract promises.

And unlike so many other companies, RISE Lifts doesn’t offer some ridiculously unfit-for-purpose one-size-fits-all service contract to clients. No. We can provide a range of full maintenance programmes – as well as oil and grease contracts – to meet the varying needs of clients’ anywhere in the UK.

Service Contract Types

A Full Repair Contract

  • Labour and parts are all inclusive, as we repair your lift in normal hours.

Oil and Grease Contract

  • Covers 12 visits a year
  • Calls and parts are chargeable

Service Plus Contract

  • All repairs up to the cost of £1,000.00 are FREE OF CHARGE
  • 12 visits per year servicing

RISE Lift call-out charges

  • £78.75 per hour (08:00 – 17:00)
  • £120.00 per hour (17:00 – 08:00)
  • £155.00 per hour (Weekends)
  • £236.00 per hour (Bank holidays)
